PA-0800227 OF <br /> MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT: A Text Amendment to amend Table 9- <br /> 705.2M to conditionally permit the Communication Services—Type II Land Use Type in the P-F <br /> zone of Mountain House with an approved Site Approval application. The project site is located in <br /> the community of Mountain House between the County line and Mountain House Parkway and <br /> Interstate 205 and Old River, three miles northwest of the City of Tracy (Supervisorial District 5). <br /> This item is continued from the meeting of October 16, 2008, with the hearing open. <br /> Rick Griffin, Senior Planner, introduced the staff report into the record. He said there was an addition to the <br /> Text Amendment in a memo to the Commission in the Notes For This Evening handout(see attached <br /> memo). <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: <br /> PROPONENTS: <br /> Mike McGrew, an attorney representing Mountain House, said he agrees with the changes presented by <br /> staff. <br /> OPPONENTS: <br /> None were present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: <br /> MOTION: <br /> It was moved, seconded (Morri/Nickerson), and passed by a unanimous roll call vote (5-0)to: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2.
