The applications provide for the construction of a complex of five integrated light industrial, office, <br /> technical, and manufacturing buildings with plazas and courtyards. The"Mountain Technology Center"will be comprised of <br /> the following buildings: <br /> Building A is 148,520 square feet and includes the following three proposed suites with office areas: Suite 'A' 54,708 square <br /> feet; Suite'B' 39,104 square feet; and Suite'C' 54,708 square feet; <br /> Building B is 139,160 square feet and includes the following three proposed suites with office/warehouse areas with plazas <br /> and courtyards: Suite'A' 51,068 square feet; Suite'B' 37,024 square feet; and Suite'C' 51,068 square feet; <br /> Building C is 91;548 square feet and includes the following two proposed suites with office/warehouse areas with plazas and <br /> courtyards: Suite'N 52,752 square feet, and Suite 'B' 38,796 square feet; <br /> Building D is 82,496 square feet and is comprised of one office/warehouse area and suite to include a plaza and courtyard; <br /> and <br /> Building E is 50,954 square feet and is comprised of one office/warehouse area and suite to include a plaza and courtyard. <br /> These parcels are not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned I-P (Industrial Park) and the General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located Located immediately east of Neighborhood F; at the northeast corner <br /> intersection of Mustang Boulevard and De Anza Boulevard (SP I Planning Area-Central Mountain House)(APN 2A-050-05 <br /> through-21) (Supervisorial District: 5). 2Ljq <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption.
