Threshold quantities of regulated substances stored onsite - California <br /> Accidental Release Prevention (CaIARP) Program. <br /> C. If an underground storage tank (UST) system will be installed, a permit is required to be <br /> submitted to, and approved by, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> before any UST installation work can begin. Additionally, an EHD permit to operate the UST is <br /> required once the UST system in installed. <br /> D. If 1,320 gallons or more of petroleum is to be stored aboveground then a Spill Prevention, <br /> Countermeasures and Control (SPCC) Plan is required. If any amount of petroleum is to be <br /> stored in a below grade vault, an SPCC plan is required. <br />
