Sections referenced relate to the Soil
Suitability Study and Nitrate Loading Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003:
Soil Suitability Study
• Section 1.1: We understand that both APN 092-190-17 and 18 will be included in a
new/revised application.
• Section 1.2: The applicant confirms two (2) employees and 30 customers. The applicant
has indicated this to us verbally and in writing. See use level attached to this letter.
• Section 1.3: See attached Wong Engineers site plan.
• Section 1.4: See attached Wong Engineers site plan.
• Section 2.1: The Site is presently an undeveloped property, both parcels are vacant.
Based on an earlier soil suitability study for the property conducted by our office, parcel
092-190-17 had contained a small residence in the past. Parcel 092-190-18 had been
used to store machinery, equipment and shipping containers. A fence surrounds the
parcels. No other historical information was obtained as part of this scope of work. No
fill soils were encountered during the drilling of the percolation test. It is our opinion the
past uses of the site would not affect the construction of the proposed septic system.
?pE RSO
't W
9'TS O L♦
