Woodbridge Road Woodbridge, CA 95258 RE: Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study—3617 E.Stevenson Rd, Stockton, CA Land Use Application # PA-02-108 (SA),Service Request# SR0034981 The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability Nitrate Loading Study, dated May 5, 2003, and has determined the following: The Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study has been found incomplete. Please refer to the attached checklist for items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study addressing the items found insufficient must be submitted to the EHD prior to the recordation of the parcel map. Please be advised that any additional time required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per hour. In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this project, please submit to the EHD those items noted above by November 21,2003.
