e. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Stewart Street, shall be irstalled across the frontage of the project site. (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. f. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A solid masonry wall six(6) to eight(8) feet in height shall be erected along the property line of APN 119-080-16. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][1]) (2) All storage materials and related activities,including storage areas for trash,shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) g. ACCESS: Access to parking areas shall be provided as follows: h. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25)feet for two-way aisles and sixteen(16)feet for one-way aisles,except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide. GATES: Any gate other than for pedestrian use only shall beset back or recessed a minimum of 10 feet from the property line unless there are at least 16 feet between the property line and the edge of the traveled roadway,in which case the setback requirement is waived.
