Stockton Street, Thornton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. The leach field area must be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used <br /> as a storage area. The leach field area shall not be paved over or covered with any <br /> impervious material. <br /> b. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> d. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> e.
