Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required <br /> by the agency and that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the <br /> development with sewer. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> B. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division.
