(5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (6) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen(16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following. <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> according the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities,including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> h. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (2) Buildings A and B may exceed allowable area with less than sixty (60) yards on all sides. <br /> Provide an area calculation on working drawings justifying the occupancy change in building A. <br /> (3) Between building B and the adjoining building to the south where a property line passes between <br /> the buildings,there will need to be a firewall for each building with a rating corresponding to the <br /> occupancy and type of construction. <br /> 2.
