Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required <br /> by the agency and that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the <br /> development with sewer. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> B. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
