These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. "J <br /> I A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a <br /> septic tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. <br /> A review fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloroptopane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the %L <br /> Parcel Map, Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: ^C. <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow <br /> prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge <br /> pipe, but not less than 6 inches.
