In some cases, the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation service <br /> unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the newly <br /> established parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to others <br /> without provisions for irrigation service.. <br /> There may be a concern relative to the District's ability to continue to service the newly <br /> configured parcels. If changes in the method of irrigation are desired by owner, it is <br /> recommended that the owner contact the District, prior to the completion of the process, to <br /> determine the necessity for changes to the existing infrastructure, or easements in order to <br /> accommodate the proposed boundary changes. The owner will need to provide information <br /> concerning any changes in the method in which the adjusted parcels will be irrigated and may <br /> need to obtain a structure permit if new connections are necessary. <br /> There does not appear to be any major concern for the District relative to the proposed lot line <br /> adjustment, as long as it would not result in an encroachment of the District's easement, or <br /> access to any District facilities.
