SUNNY ROAD.{APN 1:81-130-43 & 44) PA-0500376 (LA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comment as a matter of information: <br /> 1. Should the applicant/owner consider connection to City of Stockton sewer, or should <br /> San Joaquin County require this site to be served by City of Stockton Sewer lines <br /> and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's <br /> General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or <br /> sign a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to <br /> the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall be <br /> responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer mains or lateral(s) to <br /> serve this project, as required, to meet City standards. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
