However, upon further <br /> development of the site, the following conditions should apply: ► <br /> 1. The owner/,developer should dedicate right-of-way along Sunset Avenue and along <br /> Gilchrist Avenue, within the limits of the site, as needed to provide a 50' roadway <br /> section (25` half section).
