i <br /> p ' <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-20 <br /> ' Coleman <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-20 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 18,200,1,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 18, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: JenniferJoliey, 468-3161) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated March 21,2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> c. ACCESS: The following access regulations shall apply: <br /> (1) Parcel 2 shall have a minimum access road width of 25 feet <br /> 2.
