CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-0001 <br /> Vanzetti & Ring <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor's Office for <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9-872 . 4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 9-10002) <br /> b. Connection to an approved pubic water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division for the existing single <br /> family dwelling. (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> a. All sewer connection, sewer tap, and encroachment fees <br /> must be paid to the City of Stockton Public Works <br /> Department prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. <br /> If not already installed, provide separate sewer laterals <br /> for each newly created parcel. <br />
