Date: August 20, 2004
To: San Joaquin County Community Development Department
From: City of Stockton, Community Development Department, Planning
Division, Permit Center, 425 N. EI Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202,
(209) 937-8266
Subject: City Community Development Department Response to San Joaquin
County Referral — PA-0400467 (LA)
Project Description: Lot Line Adjustment Application to adjust the property lines
between four parcels to result in three parcels. Parcels one, two and
three to contain 4,400-square-feet each.
Stockton General Plan Designation: Commercial
Recommendation: The City has no comment on the project if the resulting parcels
are developed with commercial uses. However, we recommend denial
if the parcels are intended for residential development, because they do
not meet the City's minimum 5,000 square foot parcel size.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this application.
JAMES E. GLASER, DIRECTOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
by
JEG:cmf
::ODMAIG RPWIS BCOS.0 DD.CDD_Libra ry:40532.1
