RECEIVED <br /> FEB 1 7 2005 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 4245 Community Development Dept. <br /> r_ <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SUTRO <br /> AVENUE,100 FEET SOUTH OF WATERLOO ROAD,AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED <br /> EXHIBIT A. <br /> WHEREAS, on January 6, 2005, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 25, 2005,this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing <br /> on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law,and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br /> of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors approves a Negative Declaration as adequate to <br /> address the impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby <br /> further amended by reclassifying three parcels totaling 17, 000 square feet from General <br /> Commercial(C-G)to Low Density Residential (R-L), as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> made a part of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Director shall revise the Zoning Map of the <br /> County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1. of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty(30)days after its <br /> adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)days from the passage thereof, shall be <br /> published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California,with the names of the members of the Board of <br /> Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br /> 27 <br />
