Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Division has specific <br /> requirements of kennel construction. A plan check fee of$156.00 at the time of submittal to <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> B. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> �C. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements of the <br /> Environmental Health Division shall be available for washing food preparation equipment, <br /> bathing of animals, as well as washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> D. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to <br /> be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any <br /> complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health <br /> Division hourly rate of$78.00 for response and correction, as per the Board of Supervisor's <br /> Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services wo <br />
