Suttenfield Road <br /> Acampo, CA 95220-9312 <br /> Dear Mr Hernandez: <br /> Re: Site Approval Application No. PA-0800329 of Pedro Hernandez (APN: 021-043-16; 24876 N. <br /> Suttenfield Road, Acampo) <br /> ACTION: On September 8, 2009, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> PA-0800329 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on September 18, 2009.
