f. REMOVAL OF FACILITIES: Freestanding structures, antennas, and supporting equipment <br /> associated with wireless telecommunication shall be removed by the provider of such facilities and <br /> the site restored to its pre-construction state if said facilities have not been operational or used for a <br /> period of six(6) consecutive months. Removal and site restoration shall be completed within ninety <br /> (90) days of the end of said six (6) month period. (Development Title Section 9-1065.8) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall comply with Federal Aviation Administration regulations. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Bill DuBois, 468-3000) <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> b. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee is based on the current schedule. <br /> (Resolutuion R-06-38) <br /> c. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable prior to the issuance of building permits. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. A credit may be <br /> allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April <br /> 30, 1991. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolution R-97-5) <br /> d. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> e. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> f. Developments of less than one acre that are not part of a larger common plan of development shall <br /> comply with the County National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements by following <br /> the practices of the County's"Small Site Storm Water Management Plan." <br /> g. The site shall be designed to contain the storm water runoff on the site and to prevent off-site <br /> sediment transport. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Michael Escotto, 468-3443) <br /> a. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by Environmental Health. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6) <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact: Anne-Marie Poggio-Castillou) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a 30-day process, and it is recommended that the project <br /> applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible.
