(Use Type: <br /> Communication Services-Type II) <br /> The project site is located on the south side of Swain Road, 320 feet east of Alexandria <br /> Place, in Stockton. <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of R/L (Low Density Residential) and is <br /> zoned R-L (Low Density Residential). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> Neighborhood opposition <br /> The Community Development Department has received one letter and one petition, with <br /> thirty (30) signatures, in opposition to this project. The letters expressed concerns <br /> regarding the health effects, aesthetics, vandalism, notification, justification for the <br /> construction of the tower, and the location of the tower. <br /> These issues have been addressed as part of the application process. The opposition <br /> topics will be addressed individually in the Staff Report. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Use Permit application and <br /> responses from other agencies. The Community Development Department will be <br /> recommending that the Planning Commission approve Use Permit PA-0800327 subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br />
