y <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-412 <br /> Berndt <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-02-412 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 8, 2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on April 8, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> September 12, 2002. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors`Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. NON-BUILDABLE PARCELS: Parcels 2, 3, and 4 are non-buildable until a Site Approval for a <br /> private right-of-way in an antiquated subdivision is applied for and granted by the Community <br /> Development Department.
