Located on the south side of State Route 12, 2300 feet west of Tretheway Road,east of Lodi (APN: 051- 140-01; Address: 10550 E. State Route 12, Lodi). Jose Rubianes, Associate Planner;Richard Stellmacher, Stellmacher Construction; and Monte Seibel, were present for this item. Mr. Rubianes introduced the project. Mr. Rubianes informed the applicants that he enclosed a letter from Selma D. Heagarty's attorney regarding drainage. Mr. Rubianes indicated that the neighbor's concerns regarding the drainage will be addressed in the Community Development Department's conditions. Mr. Seibel questioned the Improvement Plan process. Mr. Borges informed the applicants that each one of the parcels will need a percolation test. Mr. Karam asked the applicants to show the grades on the revised plan. Mr. Stellmacker asked if there was any problem with him installing a gate. Mr. Van Buren indicated that the gate must be see-through and 16'(sixteen)from edge of pavement or 10 `(ten) from property line. A Quarry Excavation application to remove 3,400,000 cubic yards of sand and gravel over four-years(approximately 850,000 cubic yards per year). The excavated material will be transported off-site for processing. Located on the west side of South Tracy Boulevard, 600 feet north of the I-580 Interchange between the California Aqueduct and Interstate 580,Tracy(APN: 253-090-10;Address: 32003 South Tracy Boulevard). Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Hop Essick,Deb Keeland and Danny Deveraux; Granite Construction, were present for this item. Ms. Jolley introduced the project. Ms. Keeland made a correction regarding item 1.a.of the Community Development memo,QX 9'9-1 should be QX-89-1. Correction was noted. Mr. Deveraux indicated that in regards to the Department of Public Works memo item 10. he did not think that there are impacts. Mr. Karam explained how"Fair Share"fees apply towards future improvements at this intersection.
