Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation test is required <br /> from the Environmental Health Division.
