PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located at the beginning of the intersection of Guard Road and Highway 12, proceed 1.3 miles west on Highway 12 to a 30 foot easement, then 5500 feet north of Highway 12 on the access road, northwest of Lodi (APN/Address: 025-060-03, 11453 West State Route 12, Highway, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department.
