Hwy 12,Lodi <br /> Land Use Application#PA-04-00488 (MS), Service Request# SR0049760 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed your <br /> Soil Suitability Study February 8, 2007 and has found it acceptable. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Groundwater water was encountered from depths of 2.3 feet to 4.55 feet for the proposed <br /> septic area locations for this application. A mounded septic system shall be required per <br /> San Joaquin County Sewage Standards Section 8.9.1. "A mound system is a soil <br /> absorption system that is elevated above the natural soil surface. The purpose of the <br /> design is to overcome site restrictions that prohibit the use of conventional soil <br /> absorption systems. Such restrictions are slowly permeable soils, slowly permeable <br /> soils with high water tables, and permeable soils with high water table". <br /> An Alternative Engineer Designed Mounded Septic System shall be required for Parcels <br /> One (1)through Parcel Six (6), and shall be submitted and approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. Upon approval of the <br /> engineer-designed septic systems the building permits shall be released.
