Anderson & Associates (NOA) has been retained by Dr. Ronald Robinson of Lodi to <br /> conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as parcel 025-060- <br /> 03 of the Terminous tract, west of Lodi, California. <br /> The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent <br /> feasible, any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current <br /> land uses. <br /> Regional and local database lists have been reviewed, and local and regional agencies have been <br /> contacted in order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject <br /> property. The search radius for this investigation has been extended to adjoining properties,and <br /> to properties within a search radius of one-quarter mile. As an adjunct to the database search,the <br /> subject property background and history of past use have been investigated. Interviews have been <br /> conducted and a site reconnaissance completed. The data pertinent to this investigation can be <br /> found in the body of this document. The primary investigators for the assessment are Mr.Robert <br /> Nicholson, R.E.A., and Ms. Abigail Racco, Environmental Specialist. <br /> Due to concerns regarding potential liability for toxic hazards which may adversely impact real <br /> estate in general,investors need to assess property before sale or purchase to determine if current <br /> or past occupants or surrounding land uses could adversely impact property development or <br /> result in future liability for the investor.
