CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1100126 <br /> WOLTKAMP & BROPHY/D.B.WILTON <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1100126 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 23, 2011,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br />! Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> i) The access easements in favor of Parcels One and Two as shown on Site Plan dated July 14, <br /> 2011 shall be included in the legal descriptions as part of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> c) PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: (The following requirements shall apply) <br /> 5 i) The proposed new side property fines for Parcels One and Two shall meet the side yard <br /> setback requirements for the AG-40 zoning designation (General Agriculture, 40-acre <br /> minimum)for non-agricultural and agricultural structures.
