No new structures are being <br /> proposed with this application. The site is located on the south side of State Route 12 approximately <br /> 2,000 feet west of Glasscock Road,west of the City of Lodi. (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Kampgrounds of America, Inc. APPLICANT: John Giglio <br /> ADDRESS: 14900 W. State Route 12 Highway, Lodi APN: 055-030-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area <br /> designated as Zone AE. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 10 feet NAVD 1988. <br /> State Route 12 has an existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width as per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> L The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
