A Joint Management Agreement between the homesite parcel and <br /> the remainder shall be executed between the owner-operator and <br /> the benefiting family member. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 018 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) . <br />
