L <br /> L November 18, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05144A <br /> L fA review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the <br /> subject property was conducted on November 1,2005 at the OES.s Two notices were found: <br /> 1 20913 E. Highway 12 5/17/91 Soil contamination discovered during <br /> L tank removal. <br /> 21791 E. Highway 12 7/1/1998 Drug lab at residence. Site needed <br /> L inspection prior to reoccupation of the <br /> home and septic system needed to be <br /> investigated. <br /> i <br /> L /No impact to the subject property is anticipated from the soil contamination based on the file review <br /> information. The drug lab was located east of the subject property and information on the possibility <br /> that the septic system is impacted is not known. The incident reports discussed have been included in <br /> �- Appendix F of this report. <br /> 3.L4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> L <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's office' was contacted on October 12, 2005 <br /> regarding use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. As of the date of this report, no <br /> L information has been provided by the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's office for the <br /> subject property. <br /> L. 13.L5 LawTwins ChenzicalApp/ication <br /> 1 Randy Lange of the LangeTwins has provided NOA with a list of the chemical products used on the <br /> L Craig property since 2003. <br /> Table 1.
