The well must be repaired underermit <br /> R and inspection by the. <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows : Fill in the <br /> existing irrigation pit well with clean dirt, sand or cement, <br /> raise the exiting casing up to one foot above natural grade <br /> level and provide a cement pedestal . The irrigation well <br /> piping must be plumbed over the top of the stand pipe twice <br /> the diameter of the pipe, to eliminate the existing cross <br /> connection . <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel #2 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . Construct an individual ; sewage disposal system(s ) on Parcel <br /> #2 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> COUNTY FIRE WARDEN <br /> 1 . A building setback of thirty feet shall be required on both <br /> parcels . This does not apply to existing improvements. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> 1 . Legal descriptions of the new parcels shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division at the same time that the Record of <br /> Survey is submitted to the Surveyor' s Office.
