CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-64 <br /> Lane <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-64. was approved by the Sand Joaquin Coun <br /> Community Development Department4on December 22, 1997, which is the effective date or- <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied.with prior to approval n <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on .lune 23, 1999,' which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County. <br /> Surveyor. <br /> i <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND RESTRICTION: A"Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or aLicensed Land <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for <br /> review.
