Seibel) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project is a Minor Subdivision to subdivide a 236 acre <br /> parcel to create four 5-acre homesites and a remainder of 216 <br /> acres. This site is located on the south side of State Route 12 , <br /> 5, 000 feet west of the Calaveras County line. <br /> The Community Development Department intends to deny this project <br /> or, at the discretion of the applicant, refer it to the Planning <br /> Commission with a recommendation for denial. This subdivision is <br /> inconsistent with the General Plan policies related to the <br /> conservation of agricultural land. <br /> In addition, the Initial Study identified potentially significant <br /> environmental impacts relating to wetlands, plant and animal life <br /> and cultural resources.
