MS-93-105 OF ERNEST <br /> BEZLEY (C/O MONTE SEIBEL) (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> At the request of the applicant, this item was continued from the <br /> regularly scheduled Planning Commission hearing of February 3 , <br /> 1994 , with the hearing open. At that hearing, the applicant asked <br /> the Commission to consider a request to add up to seven additional <br /> lots to this tentative map and to process the new tentative map <br /> under the ordinance that was in of f ect when this item was f irst <br /> submitted. If Mr. Bezley' s request is granted, a Major Subdivision <br /> application would be required because of the additional lots. The <br /> issue is whether an application can be amended by filing a <br /> different application. <br /> Tonight, the Commission may approve the request to modify this <br /> application by allowing the applicant to file a Major Subdivision <br /> application, or the Commission may deny that request and act on <br /> this application as submitted.
