EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM USAGE <br />' The current septic system servicing the existing winery complex includes a 2,000-gallon tank <br /> capacity(two compartments) and four sets of leach lines. The San Joaquin County Liquid Waste . i) <br /> Permit for the installation of the current septic system,provided in Appendix D,indicates the system <br /> does not contain any filter beds or seepage pits. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The permits on record at SJCEHD for the site address of 340 West State Highway 12 indicate the <br /> current site septic system was installed in 2000. No additional septic permits were available at the C" <br /> EHD. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> No permits related to septic repair were on file with the SJCEHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA ' <br /> Neighboring properties are also primarily agricultural-zone land.The adjoining property to the west, <br /> south and cast do not have buildings or other structures. The properties to the north, beyond State <br /> Highway 12,have both existing residential and agriculture-related buildings. <br /> 3 <br /> 3.5.
