GENERAL AREA SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY One septic repair permit(Appendix D)was available at the SJCEHD for surrounding properties and is as follows: ADDRESS: 209 East Highway 12 LOCATION: 0.32 miles northeast of site. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Add (1) 40-feet leach line, 5 feet of piping and (1) 48-inch diameter, 25 feet deep dry well to the existing septic system. The existing septic system was composed of one 800- gallon septic tank and one 450-gallon septic tank. i 3.7. PROPOSED MAXIMUM SEPTIC TANK USAGE ON SITE f The existing tasting room and process room structures have a separate septic system that will not be altered from the current configuration. The current plans call for the construction of a multi- purpose room and warehouse to host marketing events and to store cases of wine,respectively. The new buildings are to have one bathroom(sink and toilet) each to accommodate the employees and potential visitors.Waste products related to the production of wine will not be disposed of through the septic system(the winery currently discharges winery waste into the City of Lodi sewer system under permit No. 384 [Appendix D]). The new multi-purpose room is proposed to host 36 marketing events annually with a maximum attendance of 250 people and a projected average attendance of between 50 and 100 people. Special events are estimated to last approximate five hours.Four employees will be assigned to each special event. The warehouse building is estimated to have three full-time employees.Employee usage was estimated as six gallons per day per person and visitor usage was estimated as three gallons per day per person.
