CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700179 (LA) <br /> MATT&BARBARA BUTTERWORTH/BAUMBACH & PIAZZA, INC <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1700179 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on February 15, 2018, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on August 17, 2019,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: John Funderburg, <br /> 468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated January 11, 2018. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) PLANNING APPLICATION PA-1700179: The "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for application PA- <br /> 1700179 shall be recorded and deeds transferred prior to the recordation of the "Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment"for application PA-1700178. <br /> 2.
