CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900016 (LA) <br /> MATT& BARBARA BUTTERWORTHIMORRIS ENGINEERING&SURVEYING, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900016 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on March 27, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on September 25, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Christine Luckasen [209]468-0214) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated January 29, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Awni Taha [209] 468-3000, see memo dated <br /> February 27, 2019.) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> Access to these parcels is not created by this Lot Line Adjustment.
