� Y3 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-42 <br /> Alegre <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-9842 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 6, 1998,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on February 5, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor.' <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: Chandler Martin, 468-3144) <br /> a. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The resultant lots shall comply with the revised tentative lot line <br /> adjustment map submitted on July 21, 1998. Parcel 2 shall have a minimum lot size of 2 net <br /> acres and a minimum lot width of 150 feet. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands <br /> to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, <br /> F stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per <br /> Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> i <br /> i 2.
