State Route 12 Highway, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Any future expansion shall require public sewer and amendment to your public water <br /> system. (San Joaquin County Development Title 9-1120.2). <br /> B. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 and 9-1110.4). You must bring the office septic tank into compliance and <br /> repair the lid access. <br /> C. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must <br /> be performed as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. These studies <br /> must be performed prior to development. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel.
