DILLON & MURPHY
CONSULTING CIVIL ENGINEERS
i
1820 W. Kettleman Lane, Suite E, Lodi, California 95242-"
P. O. Box 2180, Lodi, California 95241
(209) 334-6613 • Fox (209) 334-0723
October 4, 1999
Adrienne Ellsaesser, R.E.H.S.
San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department
P.O. Box 388
Stockton, CA 95201-388
RE: UP-98-9
Dear Adrienne:
Dillon & Murphy was retained by Alegre Trucking to perform a percolation
test for the property located at 5100 W. Highway 12, Lodi, CA. The subject
parcel number is APN 055-160-49. The purpose of the test was to determine the
suitability of the property for septic tank usage as required by the County. The
test was performed according to the requirements of Section 10100 of San
Joaquin County Development Code.
Based on the results of the percolation test it is my opinion that the existing
property is suited for a typical on-site sewage disposal system. The proposed
system, however, should be properly designed and installed according to the
current San Joaquin County criteria.
If you have any questions please contact me.
Sincerely,
C
Cecil Dillon
CD/cg
