It has
been determined that Saddle City County Service Area No. 31 can serve the above referenced site, but only
after the Flag City subdivision improvements have been accepted for maintenance by San Joaquin County
and after this parcel has been created.
Currently, the sanitary sewage treatment plant for County Service Area No. 31 has the capacity to serve this
parcel. However, wells for the water system and storm drainage system of County Service Area No. 31 do
not have sufficient capacity to serve this parcel. Therefore, it will be the developer's responsibility to provide
these improvements for this parcel, which will be maintained by County Service Area No. 31. The County's
specific requirements for these improvements will be determined when a development project application is
made for your project.
The buy-in fee for sanitary sewer service is $20,504.12 per acre and for water service is $470.57 per acre. A
5 percent annual adjustment will be added to the cost. The costs are also subject to change to reflect actual
costs after the services are completed and accepted by the County. An additional well may be required to
provide adequate fire flow supply.
Contact the Local Agency Formation Commission at (209) 468-3198 to initiate the annexation process and
for the amount of their fee.
If you have any further questions, please call me at (209) 468-3023. _
Very truly yours, --
7
TOM IWAMIYA
Senior Civil Engineer
TI:PD:lt
Ps-4=41.0 i
c: Manuel Lopez, Deputy Director/Development
Gerald Scott, Executive Director/Local Agency Formation Commission
—19—
