Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1. 10. 04 - Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> 2 . 20. 05 - Connection to an approved public water supply <br /> system is required. <br /> 3 . 11. 02 - Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage <br /> pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 4 . 22 . 03 - Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 5. 15. 01 - Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material <br /> must be stored, removed and transported to an approved <br /> landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> #877 and #1481, A.B. 939, and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 6. 102 . 06 - Submission of four (4) sets of detailed <br /> underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to <br /> beginning construction. <br /> 7 . 144 . 01 - Submission of three (3) sets of food facility <br /> construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
