The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b. The gracing plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C . Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall <br /> be incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> a foundation inspection. <br />
