PA-1600179 (SA),S00011183 Page 2 of 3 <br /> 7871 E Hwy 12, Lodi January 31, 2017 <br /> Continuation of Condition C: <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Applicant shall contact Rodney Estrada, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water <br /> System Program, at (209) 468-0331, to determine if the existing well can be permitted <br /> as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> F. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> G. Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the <br /> proposed winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. <br /> That written acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br /> H. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in <br /> the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A $278 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> I. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated <br /> hazardous material stored onsite at, cers.calepa.ca.gov, for all regulated Certified <br /> Unified Program Agency (CUPA) programs. <br />
