CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500106 <br /> COLDANI, ET AL.IQUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1500106 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 28, 2015, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on February 26, 2017, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Mo Hatef, [209]468-8477) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated June 22, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and for"Yarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'. The "Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete. Filing Fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d. RESCISSION OF PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-1300181: The approval for Lot. Line <br /> Adjustment Application No. PA-1300181 shall be rescinded prior to the recordation of the "Notice <br /> of Lot Line Adjustment" for application number PA-1500106. The applicant shall provide the <br /> Community Development a letter requesting a rescission of this application and pay any fees <br /> associated with the processing of this rescission. <br /> 2.
