It is proposed that 2,000 square feet will be used for fermentation and barrel storage <br /> and 2,000 square feet will be used for case and bottled wine storage. The use type is a small- <br /> 6. winery with a maximum production limit of 200 tons of grapes or 36,000 gallons of wine per <br /> year. State Route West Highway 12 <br /> bounds the parcel to the south. Large agricultural and vineyard parcels bound the property in <br /> other directions. One water well and septic system are known to exist on the parcel. <br /> A search of septic system permits issued was conducted from the files of SJC PHS-EHD for <br /> septic system located at the site. The record search did not locate any septic system or well <br /> permits for the subject site. <br /> 3.0 GROUND WATER <br /> The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District ground-water depth and <br /> elevation maps were reviewed to determine the ground water levels at the site.' The Fall 1998 <br /> and Spring 1999 maps are the most recent maps available from the County. The depth to ground <br /> water below the site during the period of Fall 1998 and Spring 1999 is less than 10 feet. The <br /> ` gradient and flow direction could not be determined due to the lack of contours on the map. <br /> Table 1 summarizes all the available ground-water information collected for the site and nearby <br /> area. <br /> ' San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
