By using only 10 <br /> acres of each onsite crop, verification that the site can support much larger <br /> wastewater flow was made. The pond water level was kept at 2 feet <br /> minimum, but no attempt was made to limit irrigation water usage to <br /> maintain that level. The only purpose of this water balance is to verify the <br /> minimum pond size for reclaimed process wastewater storage requirements <br /> during the non-growing season. <br />
